Damages and Collection - What Every Litigator Needs to Know (In Person Seminar)

All cases are collection cases. Litigators need to know that damages available in a range of cases and how a potential judgment is secured and liquidated. The program will cover damages in employment, personal injury and commercial cases; will feature practical information from the panel and from a Superior Court Justice for presenting and contesting damages at trial; and nuts and bolts information on obtaining and defeating pre-judgment attachments as well as collecting on a judgment and bankruptcy practice.
