Kristina George is a certified public accountant, Certified Financial Planner™ and holds Masters of Science in Taxation as well as the certified divorce financial analyst credential which qualifies her as a financial expert in divorce settlements. In addition, Kristina is a collaboratively trained financial neutral. She currently works at Northstar Financial Planning in Windham, NH and has more than 20 years of public accounting and personal financial planning. She recently completed the NH requirements for family mediation and conflict resolution. Kristina helps individuals and families in transition, and develops tax-efficient income and estate-planning strategies for individuals and family businesses. Kristina is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Planning Association and the Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire.
Katherine J. Morneau is the owner and principal attorney at the Law Office of Katherine J. Morneau, PLLC, a seven-member law firm in Nashua, NH. She has been practicing family law since 2006 and opened her firm in 2012. Growing up in Littleton, NH, Kate went on to receive her BA in Criminal Justice from Franklin Pierce University and her JD fromUNH School of Law. Kate handles primarily family law cases but also estate planning and administration. Collaborative divorce has been a growing area of Kate’s practice. She is a member of the NHBA's Family Law Section, a board member of New Hampshire Collaborative Law Alliance along with co-chairing the Public Education Committee, hosting the Nashua Area Practice Group meetings and handling the organization newsletter. Kate is a long-time member of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association as well as the Nashua Bar Association. Kate was recently selected to the Union Leader’s 40 Under Forty list. 3-18
Caren B. Rifkin is a licensed clinical social worker, a board certified biofeedback senior fellow and collaborative law coach at the Biofeedback and Counseling Center which has offices in Windham and Bedford, NH. She has advanced training in mind body health and works with every person to develop an integrative and individualized plan to address their concerns. Caren is also a trained mediator and collaborative practice coach. Caren has over 35 years of experience and works collaboratively with other professionals to ensure that a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to every problem is always considered. Caren’s goal is to help improve and enhance an individual or family’s well-being and quality of life. More people now understand the benefits of therapies such as CBT, Biofeedback, Hypnotherapy and EMDR. Learning mind body techniques is foundational to improving emotional/physiological self- regulation skills and resiliency.
