Description
Upon completion of this Trust & Estate CLE, attendees will be able to, issue spot relevant drafting considerations necessary to protect interests of same sex couples, be able to incorporate language relevant to address and protect interests of same sex couples, married or unmarried, recognize the unique needs for estate planning drafting for transgender clients, and understand the legal planning needs for same sex couples with children. This program will be offered in person and virtually, a confirmation email with the Zoom link will be sent prior to the event. This meeting will qualify for CLE Credit.
