Description
This is a hybrid meeting for members of the NHBA's Intellectual Property Law Section. It will be held in person at the Bar Center from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. or there is a virtual option as well.
Starting with a comparison of the statutory differences between pre-AIA and AIA prior art, we will have an interactive discussion on a variety of AIA cases that cover new statutory language, the relevance of pre-AIA case law, as well as new questions that have arisen since the passing of the AIA.
This meeting is not intended for CLE credit.
NOTE for in person meetings - NHBA COVID-related safety measures may include limited seating and additional restrictions. Please read the NHBA’s current protocol at https://www.nhbar.org/covid-related-protocol/ . In registering for and attending an NHBA-sponsored CLE or other meeting or event, participants agree to the NHBA’s current health and safety protocols, the NHBA COVID-19 safety acknowledgment, and liability waiver and release of claims.
