Description
This program will include a review of the rights and privileges for using New Hampshire's lakes and major bodies of water. It will examine the conflict between the public’s right to enjoy New Hampshire’s lakes and the special privileges that inure to lakefront property called littoral rights, as well as analyze conflicts between two owners of lakefront property and the inevitable battles over shoreline, boating, and docks.
