Description
This practical, New Hampshire-focused program brings together experienced trial lawyers and judges for a fast-paced examination of the rules and courtroom realities that govern evidentiary decisions. From relevance, Rule 403, character evidence, privileges, impeachment, authentication, and hearsay to real-time objections and appellate preservation, faculty will focus on the issues lawyers encounter most often in trial practice. The day concludes with an outstanding judicial panel sharing candid perspectives on what helps—and hurts—advocates in the courtroom.
