On Wednesday June 11, 2025, please join the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section for a discussion with Jessica Chiavara, Senior Counsel at Eversource Energy, and Kate Tohme, Director of Interconnection Policy at New Leaf Energy, who will provide an overview and update regarding the establishment of administrative rules for interconnecting distributed energy resources to the grid and net metering developments in New Hampshire. This meeting presents an opportunity to hear from, and engage directly with, key stakeholders involved in the New Hampshire Department of Energy’s (DOE) ongoing interconnection rulemaking docket, NHDOE Docket Rul 2024-007; DOE’s docket updating the PUC 900 rules on net metering, NHDOE Docket No. Rul 2024-005; the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission’s (PUC) recently concluded net metering docket, NHPUC Docket No. DE 22-060; and the PUC’s recently opened net metering investigation, Docket No. IR 25-031.
