Description
This year’s Midyear Meeting brings together attorneys from across the state for an enriching day of education and engagement centered on the theme “250 Years of Independence: Honoring Our Past. Engaging Our Future.” The morning will feature distinguished speakers such as Rutgers Law School Professor Robert F. Williams (ret.) and Yale Law School Visiting Professor Lorianne Updike Schulzke, who will examine the revolutionary-era principles reflected in early state constitutions, with a special focus on New Hampshire’s groundbreaking constitutional history and its continued vitality in modern jurisprudence.
In the afternoon, attendees will gain practical insight on how to evaluate artificial intelligence platforms as presented by the NHBA AI Committee. The afternoon will then shift to inspiring conversations about the power of engagement, as judges and attorneys from diverse backgrounds share how service to communities, nonprofits, classrooms, and more strengthens professional skills, advances access to justice, and deepens the impact of a legal career.
Full Day Registration includes all CLE programming and the Honors & Awards Luncheon.
