This breakfast has become a must-attend event for attorneys working in all areas of the law and in various practice settings, as a way to connect with colleagues and support the work of the Gender Equality Committee.

The recipient of this year's Philip S. Hollman Award for Gender Equality is Emily Gray Rice with the Manchester City Solicitor’s Office. Please join us to recognize and congratulate Attorney Rice on her achievements as an advocate for gender equality in the legal system.

This year's speaker is the Honorable Arianna J. Freeman who serves as a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, will be speaking at this event. When she received her judicial commission in October 2022, Judge Freeman became the first African-American woman and the first woman of color to sit on the Third Circuit. Prior to joining the bench, Judge Freeman was a career public defender at the Federal Community Defender Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She specialized in post-conviction litigation on behalf of indigent individuals in state and federal custody.
Cancellations for the Gender Equality Breakfast made before February 7 will receive a refund minus a $15 administrative fee. No refunds on cancellations after February 7, 2025.
