ADR Section Meeting (04/10)

Heather Scheiwe Kulp, Program Co-Chair, is the New Hampshire Judicial Branch Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator. She serves on the NH Access to Justice Commission and the American Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Magazine Board. Heather earned her J.D. from Northwestern and was a Skadden Fellow at Resolution Systems Institute. Projects included assessing Illinois' family mediation system, designing foreclosure dispute resolution programs, and drafting small claims mediation models. From 2012-2017, she was a law lecturer and clinical instructor at Harvard Law School's Negotiation and Mediation Clinic. Projects included co-designing a Lawyer as Facilitator course, assessing Felony Settlement Conferences in NH Superior Court, and drafting community college job negotiation resources for the U.S. Dept. of Education. 12/9
