Hon. David A. Anderson was sworn in as a Superior Court justice on January 31, 2014. Prior to that, he was a partner at Pierce Atwood, LLP where he was a member of the management committee and partner-in-charge of the Portsmouth office. Judge Anderson earned a B.A. from Yale University in 1988 and a J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1995. Following graduation, he clerked one year for The Honorable Melvin Brunetti, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Judge Anderson practiced at Foley Hoag, LLP before joining Pierce Atwood in 2001. 5/24
