All NH Bar members (Active and Inactive status) must comply with Supreme Court Rule 42. XIII within two years after they are sworn into the NH Bar Association. Registrants MUST attend the mandatory Monday morning general session (Including Orientation to NH Courts & Practical Ethics) and a minimum of any two workshops scheduled on Monday afternoon and/or Tuesday morning for a total of 360 minutes of CLE including 120 Ethics/Professionalism minutes.
Attendance at this entire 1½ day program will earn you 540 minutes of CLE credit including 120 Ethics/Professionalism minutes. These credits will also go toward, but not fulfill, the annual NHMCLE requirement.

current protocol. In registering for and attending an NHBA-sponsored CLE or other meeting or event, participants agree to the NHBA’s current health and safety protocols,
