Description

The CLE program is for members of the NHBA Intellectual Property Law Section. Topic Overview: The program is intended to cover various conflicts of interest that can arise in intellectual property practice. This includes party-based conflicts, as well as subject matter conflicts. The program will also talk about damages that result from conflicts and how to prove those damages. Attorney Elizabeth S. LaRochelle Law Office of Charlene E McGraw Esq

Elizabeth S. LaRochelle is an attorney with the Law Office of Katherine J. Morneau, PLLC in Nashua, NH. She predominately works in the areas of family law and probate. Elizabeth earned a B.A. from University of Vermont in 2006, and obtained her law degree from UNH School of Law in 2011. She has been a member of the NHBA’s Ethics Committee since 2012 and is currently serving as its chair.In addition, she is a member of the NHBA’s Family Law and Trust & Estate Sections; a member of the Advisory Committee of the Nashua Bar Association; and is an active member of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association. 6/17
