All NH Bar members (Active and Inactive status) must comply with Supreme Court Rule 42. XIII within two years after they are sworn into the NH Bar Association. Registrants MUST attend the mandatory Tuesday morning general session (Including Orientation to NH Courts & Practical Ethics) and a minimum of any two workshops scheduled on Tuesday afternoon and/or Wednesday morning for a total of 360 minutes of CLE including 120 Ethics/Professionalism minutes.
Attendance at this entire 1½ day program will earn you 540 minutes of CLE credit including 120 Ethics/Professionalism minutes. These credits will also go toward, but not fulfill, the annual NHMCLE requirement.
